How Often Do You Bill?
We bill in 2-month cycles. Your bill will be due by the 15th of every other month.
What Are My Payment Options?
For convenience, we have several options for you to choose from.
- Enroll in Auto Pay on our website, and your payments will be processed on the 1st of the month they are due.
- Utilize Bill Pay at your bank. (Remember to set it up to draft every other month.)
- Call on the phone, and we can take payment with a debit or credit card that will post immediately.
- Log into your account on our website portal and make a one-time payment.
- Mail us a check or money order

What Are Unacceptable Items?
We do not accept any of the following:
- Paint
- Motor Oil
- Metal
- Wood
- Concrete
- Tile
- Shingles
- Yard Waste
- Tire
- Sheetrock or any demolition material.

What Time Should I Put My Trash Out?
Put your trash out the night before as our drivers start their routes by 6 am.
